Evidence-first methodology

How phases, verdicts, metrics, source figures, failures, candidates, and public boundaries are represented without upgrading the evidence.

One canonical record

Each phase has one canonical identifier, route, classification, metric set, figure mapping, and archive membership.

Terminal decisions

Terminal phase decisions outrank component gates. Candidate PASS, cold reload PASS, and checkpoint persistence do not imply complete validation or promotion.

Failures and ambiguity

Failed, mixed, partial, documented, superseded, and inconclusive evidence remains qualified. Missing evidence is not filled with invented prose.

Public presentation

HTML summarizes safe evidence; raw internal reports, paths, code, prompts, credentials, traces, and checkpoints remain private.
